Content: Hello, I purchased the Beskoo Home long shackle, twin pack combination locks from Amazon on the 26th April 2025. The lock has failed but i do not know why as it is only used about 3 times a week and is inside. I had to use wd40 and a lot of jiggling in order to release it. Fortunately I purchased a twin pack so can use the 2nd one. Just a bit worried that the same thing will happen again. Am disappointed that the lock failed after such a short time. Is there anything I can do to make the first lock work again as I still have it. Thank you.

Content: HiI bought a two pack of Beskoohone Combination locks from Amazon.co.uk delivered 27 January 2025. One of the locks which has only been opened and closed approximately 3 times will now not unlock and I needed to cut the chain it was on to open my shed door.The other lock is to date still working.I see from your packaging that all your products have a 1 year warranty.I would be grateful if you would advise as to how this lock can be replaced or refunded. The two pack of locks were £6.99I look forward to hearing from you.
