Subject: Issue With Binding Code
Content: Hello,I purchased the “Language Translator Earbuds, Real Time 3 in 1 Language Translation Device, 144 Languages & Accents (Black)” from this listing, and I’m unable to use the translation feature.The app keeps asking me for a binding/activation code, but my package did not include any sticker, QR code, or manual section with a code. I have checked the earbuds, charging case, and all of the packaging thoroughly and there is no code anywhere.From the product description, it sounds like some batches may not require a separate activation code, but in my case the app will not let me continue without entering one.Please either: 1. Provide the correct binding/activation code or clear instructions to activate this batch without a code, or 2. Confirm a replacement or refund, since I cannot use the advertised translation function as it is.Thank you for your help.

Content: Hello, I purchased the Beskoo Home long shackle, twin pack combination locks from Amazon on the 26th April 2025. The lock has failed but i do not know why as it is only used about 3 times a week and is inside. I had to use wd40 and a lot of jiggling in order to release it. Fortunately I purchased a twin pack so can use the 2nd one. Just a bit worried that the same thing will happen again. Am disappointed that the lock failed after such a short time. Is there anything I can do to make the first lock work again as I still have it. Thank you.
